Marvel UK resulted in the last five covers for
the Captain Britain monthly being drawn and
coloured at A4 (to suit a new small screened
scanner) this meant the art had to be enlarged
for publication. I also discovered with issue 11
that the new scanning process could 'see-
through' the gouache I used to obscure the
figure in the doorway and it could not register
any gradation in the purple tone I used to
model the house.
